Warranty All products come with a 3-year warranty. If your product develops a defect within 3 years of purchase, we will provide a free replacement — no questions asked.

Returns

• Unopened items: May be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, sealed packaging for a full refund.
• Opened items: All sales are final once the product has been opened. No returns or refunds will be accepted for opened items.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at hkpumps@sina.com with your order number and photos of the sealed packaging. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at hkpumps@sina.com with your order number and a description of the defect. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or physical damage.
